Dear undergraduate students (sophomore year and above):
For over twenty years, the Sung Tso-Nan Foundation has established the “Mr. Sung Tso-Nan Memorial Scholarship” to support undergraduate Accounting students at public and private universities who come from financially disadvantaged families or are in need of assistance, and who demonstrate excellence in both character and academics.
The Department’s submission deadline is 16:30 on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
For eligibility requirements and the documents to be submitted, please read the attached <Application Guidelines> carefully. Please submit the relevant hard-copy application materials to the Accounting Department Office (LM206) before the deadline.
Regarding application procedure item (3): The Department Chair’s letter of recommendation concerning the student’s character, academic performance, and financial hardship will be issued after the Department’s preliminary review. The Department Secretary will notify you, and it must then be submitted before the deadline.
In addition, for item (7), the Sung Tso-Nan Departmental Application Form — this item must be submitted as an Excel file. Please email it directly to the Department Secretary’s mailbox at 093767@mail.fju.edu.tw.
After the Department’s preliminary selection, applications will be forwarded to the Sung Tso-Nan Foundation for review. Each qualifying student will receive a scholarship of NT$60,000.
