A Concentration in Accounting within the Department of Accounting and Statistics was established in 1969 and was authorized to become the Department of Accounting in 1973. The number of entering undergraduate students has doubled from 55 to 110 since 1982.The Department has started to offer the graduate programs since 2002. The MS in Accounting Program admits 20 students and Evening and Weekend MS in Accounting Program 30 annually.
